Welcome to Chateau de Sariac
The Château de Sariac is a former monastery dating back to the 13th century. Located in the north of the beautiful Hautes Pyrenees, the buildings are built in an 8000 m2 park, with a private fenced garden and swimming pool with terrace.

The Manoir gite has been sympathetically restored and can accomodate up to 11 people in 5/6 bedrooms, perfect for groups or families who want their own space.

It is just a 3 minute walk into the village, or a 5 minute drive to the nearest town with restaurants and supermarket, so peace and quiet is guaranteed.
About us

Ali and Howard bought the property in 2019 and have lived here since 2020 with their two friendly lurchers, Ripley and Jones.

As well as our home, this is a huge reovation project and will take several years to complete. We hope to finish the small 2-person gatehouse and another 8-person gite before the end of 2024.

The Manoir gite

Our first gite is called the Manoir and is the main house of the property. It has 5/6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms over 2 floors, and boasts a full-length balcony with views of the Pyrenees, as well as a private swimming pool and terrace.

Downstairs there is a large kitchen / diner, spacious salon, practical boot room and downstairs bedroom / shower room, suitable for people with limited mobiliity.

There are another 4 bedrooms upstairs, as well as a second lounge which can be used to sleep another 2 people on request. 3 more bathrooms complete the upstairs facilities.
